Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AMPS Technologies platform demonstration service. Please read them carefully before accessing the platform.

Effective: February 28, 2026·Governing Law: Republic of the Philippines

By requesting a demo access code or accessing any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

AMPS Technologies operates a web design and digital presence demonstration platform ("the Platform") located at this domain. The Platform allows prospective clients to preview, interact with, and customize a sample e-commerce website demonstration.

The Platform is intended solely as a demonstration and evaluation tool. It does not constitute a live commercial website and no real transactions are processed through the demonstration environment.

AMPS Technologies is a registered business operating in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines.

Access to the Platform requires a valid demo access code issued by AMPS Technologies. By using an access code, you agree to the following:

  • Access codes are issued on a single-user, non-transferable basis. You may not share, publish, or distribute your access code to others.
  • Each access code has an expiration date set at the time of issuance. Expired codes are automatically deactivated.
  • AMPS Technologies reserves the right to deactivate any access code at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code. Do not store it in publicly accessible locations.
  • Requesting an access code by submitting your email address constitutes consent to receive that code by email.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — evaluating AMPS Technologies' web design and development services. You must not:

  • Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or tamper with the authentication system or session security
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform or its APIs
  • Attempt to access any demo environment other than the one associated with your issued access code
  • Copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any content, design, code, or intellectual property from the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Philippine law, including the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175)
  • Transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful content through the Platform
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting an access code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate deactivation of your access code and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, layout, user interface, branding, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of AMPS Technologies or its licensors.

Access to the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights, license to reproduce, or rights to use any Platform content beyond viewing the demonstration for evaluation purposes.

Sample products, store names, and content within the demonstration are fictitious and used for illustrative purposes only. Any resemblance to real businesses, products, or events is coincidental.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" for demonstration purposes only.

  • AMPS Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
  • The demonstration environment may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without advance notice.
  • AMPS Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • No real financial transactions are processed through the demonstration. Any simulated checkout or payment flows are fictitious and for display purposes only.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by AMPS Technologies' negligence, as such limitations are not permitted under Philippine law.

The following activities are expressly prohibited and may constitute offenses under Philippine law:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems — punishable under Section 4(a)(1) of RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act)
